Shipping and Returns
Shipments are generally entrusted to GLS.
The shipping cost is €4,95.
For all orders over €250 shipping is free.
Delivery is expected within 24-72 hours from the date of payment of the order, except for very congested periods or for problems related to couriers for which Believe Bikini cannot be responsible.
In case of any problem the customer is required to contact customer service.
Packages not collected and in storage that are returned to the sender will be refunded net of shipping costs.
The customer has the right to return the purchased products by providing a reason to our email address, on the sole condition that the products are intact and without removing the sticker for hygienic reasons.
The customer has the right to a return within 14 days, starting from the day on which he or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the customer, acquires possession of the ordered goods.
Following a return, Believe Bikini will refund all payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from choosing a type of delivery other than the standard one offered by Believe Bikini). These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. In any case, the customer will not incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement.
The refund may be suspended until Believe Bikini receives the returned products or until the customer demonstrates that such goods have been shipped.
The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his intention to withdraw from the sales contract.
The products must be returned, correctly packaged in their original packaging, not ruined, damaged or dirty and equipped with all accessories.
In the event of loss of the original packaging, the customer must, at his own expense, replace it in order to be able to return the products.
If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, the return will not be effective. The costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer. The customer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves.

If the payment was made by cash on delivery, the refund will be made to the current account indicated by you via email, so the refund time depends on the correctness of the data you enter, normally the credit will take place within 30 days.
